But I remain baffled that the ads demanding NOT impeachment but RESIGNATION are not all over every national newspaper. The American people may just corral around this. Then again, I am someone who thinks Nancy Pelosi should step down or be impeached. My fear is the Dems will lose in November because 70% of the American public is also disgusted with them. Their strategy to subvert our Constitution in the name of political strategy will backfire with serious and final consequences to our country–one they seem to care little about on the grand scale.

This means they will not respond to cries to stop with the bombing of Iran or any country.

Don't be too restrictive with calories. If you are trying to lose weight, reduce calorie intake gradually. Your body still needs an ample amount of nutrients from food.
Social connections can boost mental health. So share meals with friends and families. Studies have shown that kids who sit down to eat dinner regularly with their families perform better in school, eat healthier and are less likely to suffer depression, Kazacos notes.
Don't overdo it on the booze. While a drink or two may make you feel more relaxed and happy, chronic use or abuse actually acts as a depressant and can interfere with immune function.
Try new ingredients and techniques. Wixom often sees patients reverting to old, unhealthy habits out of boredom. Keep adding to your cooking repertoire by trying new food or preparing old favorites in a new way.

I think of it this way: we "outsource" a lot of our work as well, but in our case to machines. These machines take up a lot of energy to manufacture and operate, making our ecological footprint very large. Many major global issues, such as climate change, are the effects of this long-term outsourcing.
